My copy has the undecided envelope, so it does exist. Just like it looks in the picture - a small plastic sleeve you can put a few cards into.

The copy I got from the thrift store today does include the navy blue vinyl sleeve/envelope for undecided cards.

It also contaned a 3.5 x 6 12-page pamphlet catalog for 3M Bookshelf and Sports games.

NOW this is everything you wanted to know about Mr. President!
