I believe that Ms. Holzgrafe uses her own photoshop macros and a lot of fine-tuning by hand to create her superb tuckboxes. There is an automatic generator available at http://tuckbox.gameupdates.com/, which I have used to create tuckboxes for the Dunwich Horror expansion (they have just been approved and have appeared on that page today). I'm going to go ahead and do the Innsmouth Horror and Dark Pharaoh expansions next. I'll do the others when I buy them, unless somebody else gets around to it first!
The files produced by the web-tool can never be as good as Helen's hand-crafted efforts, but they are good enough!
