For Mhing players who have not played Mah Jong, here is the extra rule needed to play Mhing using this scorecard:
After drawing a card or discard, if you have a set of all four of any specific card (except flowers), you may play it to the table and immediately draw another card. The set of four on the table is a "kong" and counts as shown on the scorecard.
Similarly, if you already have a triplet ("pong") on the table, just after drawing a card (not a discard) you may play the fourth matching card onto that triplet, turning it into a "kong." Then immediately draw another card. For example, if you have a triplet of 3 Dots in your hand or on the table, and you just drew the fourth 3 Dots, you could play it as a "kong" and draw again.
You cannot claim a discard just to turn one of your triplets on the table into a "kong." But you can claim a discard to make a "kong" from a triplet in your hand (basically, you're claiming the discard to make a triplet, as usual, then adding the fourth card to the triplet as you play it to the table).

The other new combinations on the revised scorecard are mostly self-explanatory.
"All Concealed" means you go Mhing without having played any cards to the table (hence there will be no "kongs").
Notice that you deduct 1 credit for every joker you play. This gives some incentive to hold out in hopes of getting natural cards to make your sets. Jokers may allow you to go Mhing sooner, but now they reduce your score.
