I had picked up a used copy of the Move Out expansion and I thought it was missing some cards since there is no 03, 04, 07, 08, etc,... and I only counted 59 cards. But it turns out these cards don't exist and the missing card was actually the note card which you don't need to play the game anyway.
There is only
US01 & US02
US05 & US06
GE11 to GE57
That's only 51 cards total. When you add the eight blank soldier cards and that one note card, that's the 60 cards that come with the game.
