It would be nice to include the rule that describes when "Supremacy Phase" cards can be played

Edit: This point is actually irrelevant, as discussed in a thread on this site... Sorry for the false alert. blush

Don't know what you mean here Eric. It says that 'you may only play a card that belongs to the current phase.' Since one of the phases is the Supremacy phase, that seems pretty clear.

Where there seems to be the most confusion is in the initial turn phase description. Under Supremacy Phase, should add "May take any number of Phase S actions" Had this been in the rules from the beginning, at least 2 or 3 threads would never have been started
