I'm not sure that I understand your question. There really was no data other than the data that already existed in Tobruk. The probabilities of hits using the HCMS are exactly the same as in the original Tobruk hit determination method. For example, the probability of rolling a 6 or higher with the 2d6 method is 26 in 36. The chance of a hit using a 1d6 on the 6 column of the HCMS is 4 2/6 in 6, which is the same as 26 in 36.
