I believe there is an incorrect rule on this overview.

Under Cards - Alibi on page 1 it states that an alibi card "can only be played once a a SUSPECT card of that color is on the table somewhere."
I believe it should say "can only be played once an EVIDENCE MELD of that color is on the table somewhere."

From what I've read on the forums an alibi can be played for any suspect regardless if that suspect is on the table or not. The evidence meld of that color is required though.
