QUICK EXPLANATION

When playing on-line or F2F, seems preferable
to start w/generic ? counters for the Soviets
then roll a 78 sided" (8-sided+10 sided) or 20
sided dice and pick from that chart when an attack
occurs. (going up a number if unit already used)

x w z are where the reinf come in (abstracted from rules).
