What do the italic ratings on the team cards mean?
Example, 2005 Louisville has adj d1p
2006 George Mason has adj b3p
Can you explain?
Also, I presume the additional number behind the defensive ratings is simply an adjusted point total. So a team that's A+5 adds 5 points to the opponent's total -- but is that by half or only at the end of the game?
