2nd edition Burma changed fair weather roads to have 2x movement cost in Mud. This is reflected in the updated 2nd edition file above.

This file is a big help, not only is the map Terrain Chart very small, it is printed on the map where if you keep the map foiled up to play the Learning Scenario, you can't see it! I would like for MMP to have printed the chart on a separate card like GMT or Compass does.
