OK. I hate to say this but after spending nearly $20 to print every boxes on soft cardboard sheets on a color laser printer, after spending a couple of hours cutting and pasting everything, I can confirm that these boxes were designed way too thight to be of any use to us. At least 5 cards won't fit in each of the boxes. Sorry but It was all a big waste of time and money for me

Did you try 110 lbs. card stock and setting page scaling to "none"? Because this worked for me and left some room to spare,
