Created with a template from the tuckbox generator found here: http://tuckbox.gameupdates.com/

A few notes:

Make sure you print it out using the no scaling option.

Additional license:

In addition to releasing this image here on BGG under the BGG upload terms, to the extent of whatever rights I have in the image/file (I don't want to step on Avalon Hill's copyrights) this tuckbox is also released under the Creative Commons share-alike license found here:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/

Making the tuckbox on Linux:

Unfortunately, I only have Firefox and Linux (no Internet Explorer) so I couldn't upload images to use for the generator's panels. So here is how I get around it and create tuckboxes on Linux:

d10-1 At http://tuckbox.gameupdates.com/ fill out the dimensions and make sure you have the "Draw Borders" option turned on

d10-2 Open the generated PDF with the Gimp ( http://www.gimp.org)(Also available for Windows and Mac). I typically use a 600dpi resolution to open the PDF. Most flavors of Linux (RedHat, Fedora, Ubuntu, SuSE, Mandriva, et. al.) have the Gimp already available. For example, if you don't want to use the software installation GUI's in Fedora a simple yum install gimp will suffice.

d10-3 With the tuckbox template opened at 600dpi I typically add an alpha channel to the layer and cut out all the white background so that I can place the images I actually want as a background to the template.

d10-4 From there it is just a matter of putting the images into the tuckbox panels as you want them.

d10-5 After creating the tuckbox image, I save it as a .png

d10-6 Once saved as a .png I create a new openoffice.org ( http://www.openoffice.org)(Also available for Windows and Mac) drawing, insert the image which is automatically centered, hit the "Export to PDF" toolbar button and done.
