I would do all the things I have ever dreamed of doing. I would love to become a professional whistler.I'm pretty amazing at it now, but I wanna get, like, even better. Make my living out of it.

Interesting. My wife and I play with only 4 farms in the game, and no penalty for not placing farms.

Also, we keep all 6 starting tiles, and pick 3 randomly to start the game. The other 3 can be freely picked, and you have an idea of what they will likely by.

Why remove the mountains I wonder?

The original thread is gone now, so I don't remember if all of the rules were posted by JeremiahClayton or if I added some to the file before I printed to include in my copy.

With the addition of islands, I've been very happy with 6 farms and to me, it feels right. The penalty was there from JC, but it seems to add tension, knowing you need to get the farms down, but wanting to wait to find the best spot for them as well.

I like the idea on the starting tile mix and will try that next time I play.

As for the mountains, they seem to be dead tiles when drawn, almost no interesting decisions to be made when you draw them. I'm happy to have them gone.
