Very nice, official-looking, easy to use. There is a very helpful example sheet (page 1 of 3). Made for easy front-and-back printing. Page 2 is pre-prepared for up to twelve hands--usually enough for a standard game to 500. But some people might want to just print out multiples of Page 3, which has 11 rows (hands) and is more of a blank slate; it can be used for the beginning of a game and also as continuation sheets.
