Precise rules summary with all clarifications from the forums and private emails with the author, Nico Normandon, incorporated. My intention was to create a document that serves (together with the original rule book) as complete resource for all issues concerning gameplay. Basing on UniversalHead's nice rules summary, thanks for his permission to use it.

Thanks a ton for this. The rules in the box are not good at all on a few of these points, especially regarding the clearing of zombies from the parking lot each round!
