This is the errata from the Roo-Buralti War #1 that was misprinted on the main board, but correct in the player aids. I am kind of surprised a correction was not already here.
This is the corrected 3 - 1 3 - 1.

After all these years I find out my correction is wrong. it should be 3 - 1 3 - 1.
