The first fan made expansion/variant for Zombie in my Pocket. A little bigger, a little harder, theme, new items, enemies, and traps. Hope you enjoy. Please let me know what you think.

All in all this looks like a lot of fun. I'm excited to print it and play. If I didn't have a sleeping 3 month old on my lap right now, I'd print and cut it out.

Thanks for the game!

My thoughts reading through the rules:
Losing time if you don't have the torch, what a great idea!

Two points for resting. Good choice.

I like the new item notation, 'corpse'.

Spelling error: It is also used to get passed Dark rooms... 'passed' should be 'past'

Note, in 'Ending the Game' it mentions being eaten by zombies, and the Zombie Totem.

I would like to know about the rusty shield. Subtracting negative one from your damage means adding one. I know the shield is rusty, but does it really add to your damage or is this meant to say 'subtract 1'?

As a huge fan of ZimP, I was excited to try this variant because I love the dungeoncrawl and castle theme. So I printed everything out, cut everything up... but immediately spotted a couple of major flaws that have kept me from successfully playing even once:

1) even using a decent inket printer and good white cardstock, the writing on the tiles is practically illegible
2) No backs for anything!
3) The major problem - how can you tell the Dungeon tiles from the Castle tiles, once they all get jumbled together? At first I thought by the border color, but they seem random. Then I thought maybe tile floors vs stone floors? Not consistent etiher. Referring to the original PDF file, I sort of see a grey/green theme in the dungeon and a brown/blue/grey for the castle, but there are many individual tiles that could go either way. Referring to the PDF master just to sort the tiles out is just not going to work.

Anyway, this is one of those things that are 95% quality but the 5% gap is a deal breaker. With some minor tweaks this could be a very popular variant!
