It is Tide of Iron's Mission Editor and it's used to open some specific files that comes inside AATOI.RAR. I think if you google it (mission editor of tide of Iron), it should appear in first pages. I couldn't send the files in PDF as they were way to big. The whole thing came up at 47mb and couldn't be posted here
