Note: in the 2nd edition Burma game rules, one is not allowed to use 1/2 transport cost if the unit has a leg movement factor less than or equal to 6. All units must use the full transport costs. So, ideally I should not be showing the Japanese and Chinese units in the 1/2 transport cost column in this playeraid.
