Print on letter paper landscape mode. Use blank counters to cover countries that disappear or print for one time use and pencil out eliminated countries. Simultaneous countries are color coded to show order of play between the two owners.
This file was done in Microsoft Publisher. I uploaded a copy in PDF format. Don't remember exactly what I named it but if you look in the intro I wrote something like "for those who don't have MS Publisher". That will be the same file in PDF. Hope this helps.
