v.96

I made this adjustment to the Summer Storm in a Teacup CRT for one reason. The rules are fast (and fun) no doubt. But I missed the "both attacker and defender" suffer during combat. So, I created this CRT with some ideas borrowed from ASL and the Gamers CWB series. NOTICE: this has not been extensively playtested. Also, I intended this to be used with the Army Charts that come with the game. It will work better with the 1.4 charts at Mitchell Land's support site but alternatively you can use the loss chits that come with the game (but that means more clutter for you minimalist folks. :)

Lastly, I use the loss charts to track the Shaken/broken status of the brigades. If half or more of the brigade/division is shaken (or broken), the brigade/division is shaken (or broken). If half or more the divisions in a Corps are broken the Corps is broken (no shaken status for a Corps). And if half or more of the Corps are broken, the Commander should consider retiring from the field. Note as well, if a unit loses half its strength, it should be considered combat ineffective (i.e. broken) for the game. Artillery units are ignored in this calculation.

Please test these and comment/adjust as you see fit. Enjoy the game.
