Really well done! What I did was modify the .pdf to contain the same page twice, and then print it with the options 'multiple pages per sheet', 'custom 1 by 2' and 'print page border' on 100 lb paper with a colour laser printer....this gives it the feel that it was an actual game accessory and the aid is a more manageable size.
