Because my double sided printer rotoates even page numbers 180 degrees, I found it better to print this by 1st going into Word's "Format/Columns" menu and making it a single column, and then in the document add some white space after the "Set Up" paragraph so it pushed the what follows to page 2, and then print it in "booklet" format (printer option).
Since the layout stays landscape, this results in everything but the contents/game idea/setup ending up on one page. (at least with my Samsung laser printer)
