I would like to have the number of common cards of each type within a parenthesis.

I'm also missing half of the Forum explanation and all of the Praetorium. It should look like the following:

V) Forum: A Citizen is taken from an institution’s banner OR from another player. No Praefect Favor can be taken.
VI) Praetorium: You MAY reposition ANY of your family members on the board.
