Since we had some trouble stacking the penguins for this game, I made a board so we could play the game horizontally (as the card version is played). Place your plastic penguins in a square, starting with the row of 8 boxes, and then making your way to the "top" of the pyramid.
Excellent work! I shrunk it slightly then trimmed and laminated it to fit in the box. Perfect!
Edit: Did you notice there's a slight difference in the rules when playing with the board? When stacking, the positions of the 8 bottom penguins are not finalised until the 8th one is played. It's a little more flexible.
With the board, the bottom penguins are in a sort of "fixed" position.
