Out of interest when I print this out only the second page is printed.
If I choose to print just the first page I get a blank page printed.

Any thoughts?

In case anyone else has this problem, for me it seems to only happen when I try to print directly from the browser. Saving a local copy and printing it from Acrobat Reader worked just fine.
