Mississippi Steamboats:
- when building steamboat, do you place cubes from supply?
- when moving cube from steamboat, via dock connection to town/city/rail link, does the dock connection count as a link (for income/VP and engine level purposes), or is it a "free" move like when delivering to the steamboat?
- just to confirm: you don't actually need to build track to the docks, right? Simply connecting to the town is sufficient?
- steamboat movement: happens after income/expenses, right (not Goods Growth, since there is no such phase)?
