Nice rules summary. Some thoughts for version 2:
- Some sections might be easier to read in bullet form rather than paragraph form. You'll have to experiment.
- The summary barely doesn't fit on a single page -- it might be worthwhile to experiment with margins, sizing, and spacing to see if you can squeeze it into a single page rule summary.
- Standard notation for dollars is $1 rather than 1$. I don't know that it matters much, but my anal-retentive self found it distracting.

Good job.

Yes, it's a compromise on the first page at least. I would use bullets if I had more space available, but I don't want to spread the main rules over more than one page.

Everything up to the setup section should fit on one page. On my system I have just 4 lines left in that first page before I overflow to the second. Do you see this differently?

This betrays my European descent I actually used the $1 notation in my summary for Chicago Express that is waiting to be approved, but I am otherwise used to put the denomination after the numerals - old habits die hard. I'll keep this in mind for the next revision.
