The footnote for purchasing the Diesel trains is incorrect. Diesel trains are NOT available after the last 5 train is sold. They are available after the first 6 train is sold.

After the last 5 train is sold, the first 6 train must be purchased before a Diesel can be purchased (as an alternative to the second 6 train).

Additionally, 5-trains can also be upgraded to diesels, just like 4-trains.
