This is for the glory variant posted. I used modge podge to "lacquer" this page to a small black foam board. I then cut 3mm square Balsa wood strips (hobby lobby--cheap) to create borders for each square. I use small oval (flat bottomed) glass beads and this keeps everything in place. The top is a scoring track for each player's Favor, the bottom is used for each monthly political phase. When mounting, I left extra space at the bottom to hold both extra beads (as they will be added and removed frequently) as well as family cards. The victory condition boxes were left open to the bottom area (no borders since the beads are slid back and forth a lot). The wooden borders and modge podge add a great thematic aesthetic --not as much as painting a new board for this frustatingly "coulda, shoulda, woulda" game!
