These are SOP layouts for the plot and move metas. I find it easier to not miss any steps when it's layed out this way. I am not an expert at this game, so if you find any errors please let me know and I'll edit.
I haven't checked them for accuracy... I'm sure they'll be useful to some people
FYI, in Word the way to get the triangle (actually a capital Greek delta) is to type a capital D, select it, and change the font to Symbol. (Or use Insert->Symbol... and select the triangle)
