Very nice rule summary. Actually it's more than a summary since it contains some rule clarifications too.

Am I the only one to think that the rulebook is badly written?

I don't remember the rule book, really. I haven't looked at it in a few years; this here is all we need. Oh yeah, and that tracking aid is great, too, I should link to it from here.

This is splendid, it actually clarifies some things that are somewhat ambiguous in the rules. Like if I excavate and my marker passes week 52 while excavating which side should my permit be on.

There's so little payoff in uploading files here, but posts like this are way cool.
