Improved rules: Partisans (it is rarely or not at all played), Industrial Evacuation (impossible to have maximum OPs along with the largest ever evacuation of that kind, in addition playable in the firs turn(!!!it cannot be bonus card) - player has to chose now: OPs OR Event with only one bonus OP), detailed Air War, German reinforcements (you cannot bring 6.SS Pz Army in 1942(!!!), Bomb Plot, and a bunch of other small useful stuff...
