The cards are in OpenOffice format. You'll need to install the Runebound special character font by Martin Knight to get the characters for fatigue, might, coins, and so on. You can get the font (RuneboundMK.ttf) on this page:

These cards aren't as pretty as the original page-sized versions, and I had to edit down the text a bit so everything would fit legibly on the cards. But on the plus side, using cards means you can put the encounter information right next to each city's market stack. And you can easily pick up a single city's card to read it over. Having the terrain icons right next to each entry makes things go a bit faster, too.
