Nice aid. This game certainly can use it as it has many easily forgettable rules.

Here are a few comments I had:

Quote:
Each player with a city station connected to their own mountain station, score 1 point per empty space in the city (orange squares).

This applies to each station a player has in a city. For example, if I had 2 stations (each connected to a station I have in the mountain) in a city and there was another player with 1 (connected) station and there was 2 empty spots, I would get 4 points and the other player would get 2 points. Also, non connected stations count as empty city spaces.

Quote:
May place next to a city (orange) only if a player’s station is on the city (city spaced are not connected to each other).

You may want to say "only if that player's station" since a player is not permitted to build out of a city space if they do not have their station in it.

Based on my understanding of the rules:

All tiles removed from the board are placed in the buy pool, including tiles removed by dynamite and depleted veins. Stations that are not used during a phase are placed in the buy pool (and I assume anything else you can't use, although I don't know if that's possible).

Only the top tile adjacent to dynamite gets removed, along with the entire stack the dynamite tile is on. After that, any revealed dynamite tiles explode, and so on.

I believe you place 3 stones on a vein in a 3 player game.

Edits: removed incorrect statement and obsolete question.

I see from http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/352312 that dynamite tiles always explode one at a time, although dynamite tiles do not remove other dynamite tiles.

According to this http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/367302 a player may always choose to put a vein or station in the buy pool instead of on the board as his action.

Suggestion: since this is more than 1 page... put a forced page break after the sectup section so that all the play rules and action descriptions fit on one side of a page.
