Print on A4 or Letter sized paper and fold. It is small enough to fit in the box (but you might need some cutting of the edges for letter sized paper).
There is a reason behind this. These are the original rules posted, but the scoring sheet said 4. It looks like it has been corrected on the web site, but not here.
