*NOTE: There are some questions outstanding on the Merger rules which I will update when I get clarification on them. The Merger rules in the attached file may ultimately be a slight variant, but I think it is the most common sense approach for now.

This should have came with the game.

The best part and almost essential section is the dividend chart, something like that most assuredly should have been packaged in the game.

Happy to do so, but I think if you look at version 1.0 above it actually has the variants as part of the base rules. Let me know if there are other changes needed. Thanks
