Just paste the sheet with scenarios 8, 9, 6 and 11 to the back of the sheet with 10, 7, 12 and 5. Do the same with the last two sheets. (Or print the first and third sheets and then on their backsides the second and fourth.)
Then cut both double sheets (along the wider gap) in two. Now you have four A5 sized sheets:
