Good start! A few comments:
- At TEN pages it's a bit long as a summary. Tighten it up. Example: Get rid of the 'regurgitation' of the information that's found on the various charts.
- Paraphrasing the rules is ok but some application would be useful. (Example: Daisy Chaining of activations.)
- You might want to reference this from a post on CSW to get broader feedback.
