These cards replace the current action chits, they are larger and more easy to handle that the chits. Also the quick summary for each action makes the first rounds easier for new players
You have an error in Trade and Progress action. It is not -1 per disorder, it is -1 if you have at least one disorder.

Hmm I have submitted the file, but didn't notice that the file was returned again because of the format was changed to docx from office 2007, since then people could change the minor details themself.
I will resubmit them again in pdf format, just need to get back from work again.
Another alternative to action chits (and mine have worn out) is to use scrabble blocks; T for Trade, M for Manuever, etc... Destiny and Discard Empire both start with the same letter, so we use E for End/Eliminate Empire.

Also a great idea, the reason I made these cards was that if a new player joined, then the quick summary really helps them from asking to many questions
