I'm sorry, obviously I didn't quite get how this thing works! I thought you added the thread above and the uploaded plans here! D'oh!
I'll Edit in my overview in here later.
Apologies again!

Edit: OK so here's the post from the forums explaining a little about this plan/Mission.
"Our Gaming Club was asked to run a gaming table at Gamesfest and we designed a multi-player game of Space Hulk for up to 6 players. Myself and Brimstone (Warseer fame) ran the game as the 2 Genestealer players and had 4 teams of Space Marine Terminators as the "public" participants.
We based it as simply as we could on the first "Suicide Mission" from the Mission book, and used two sets of Space Hulk boards to lay out a symmetrical plan for each of the 4 SM player's to attempt to get to the Central Room and flame the Space Marine "relic" (dead Terminator on the throne from the Box set.)
The Primary Objective was to Flame the Central Room and the Secondary Objective was to Remove the Alien Threat, i.e. Kill points for Genestealers killed during the mission. Overall Winner would be whoever achieved the Primary Mission or whoever attained the greatest number of Kill Points. We managed to run 4 games through the day, each lasting an hour.
We ran the SM teams on a 3 minute timer but started two opposing corner SM teams at once each turn so that each of us Game Masters could oversee/help/teach the SM players as we went. Obviously for experienced participants this was easy, but as most of the players had not played Space Hulk before, or who only had vague recollections of the game 20 years ago, this was an essential game tool to ensure a fast and flowing game.
The tactic worked really well and it was agreed by all that the game worked extremely well and was good fun, the competitive element of kill points being amassed and a few "joint efforts" to reach the Central room proved very popular with the SM players. Whilst we Genestealer guys had great fun throwing hordes of 'Stealers at the Terminators at every opportunity.
As with the Boxed Game, the Suicide Mission is stacked against the SM player, and this was no exception in our version. But out of 4 games, 16 SM players, 1 managed to gain the Primary Objective whilst several amassed an impressive amount of Kill Points the three highest scoring totals were 29, 24 and 22! Not bad tallies for an hours game!
Rather than use the brilliant, but slightly delicate, models from the new box set, we made up some teams of AoBR Terminators for the SM players and used loads of 2nd Ed Genestealers for the aliens. We figured that if any got lost or broken it wouldn't ruin the new Box Sets from a completeness point of view.
We used the new board pieces and doors though, they are superb in every detail and added to a fantastic looking set-up, although we did consider that for next time we might make a 3D board from foam and plastic components, but that's for another time and space!
Command points were simply represented by each SM player rolling a D6 at the beginning of their turn and placing it in sight in the SM "Casualty area" in front of them.
We had 5 Chapters represented, Ultramarines, Blood Angels, Death Wing (Dark Angels), Space Wolves and Black Templars, although we kept the Templars back as a "Reserve Force" in case of the aforementioned loss or breakage factor, something I feel you have to plan for at a Participation Games Event. But fortunately we had a 99.9% survival rate amongst the components! (1 genestealer's arms came off, but like the Black Knight, he just kept right on biting their knee-caps! )
I'm not sure how (or if) you can embed pictures in here, but here's a link to my Photoshop Gallery showing some pictures of the Gamesfest Con and of our table set-up on the day. The pictures of our table are at the beginning of page 1 and the end of page 2. http://s237.photobucket.com/albums/ff146/belong999/Gamesfest...
You will notice that we made up some Blip Counters for the day using blank 25mm plastic bases. We ensured that the same proportion of 3's, 2's and 1's were in evidence as the ratio in the box set, and we drew 2 Blips per SM player each Genestealer turn, again in proportion to the main game. The balance was just about right too, so that was a success in itself!
I will try and make a plan of the layout at some stage in case anyone else would like to run with this game, it is great fun and as there can be 6 participants, it's as much a sociable event as a game! So bring loads of beer and pizzas! "
That's very good Shawn. The only thing it doesn't do (that I can see) is show where the doors are. Is that a possibility or is the picture limited in this respect?
edit: Ok, the original link has been changed to the version with doors. I had to guess at the door locations. Your map indicated doors on tile boundries, but doors go in the middle of squares, not on lines.
BTW, you have overused the doors. Each side of the board has 23 doors flagged and 1 Space Hulk set comes with 20 doors. You need to trim 3 doors on each side.
This is really great but you also failed to mention the loadouts for the marines and the blip reinforcement for the genestealers. I am assuming since it is basically a large suicide mission that there are 4 squads consisting of a sargeant, a flamer, and three storm bolter marines. I am further assuming 4 blips per turn?
We ran this mission over the weekend at Starbase Indy and was a hoot!
Some small changes we made:
- We did do some door trimming to get the # below 40, made the doors to the objective room Bulkheads that had to be opened. - Made the loadout for the marine squads 1 Power sword sarge, 1 assault cannon, 1 lightning claw, and 2 Storm Bolter marines. - Made the objective room with 2 cryo-tubes, either destroyed finished the mission. Could be destroyed with a door attack with any weapon.
Ran 6 games thru the weekend, 2 wins for the marines.
A couple of pictures are currently in the images section.
From what I have been reading it sounds like there is 2 blips per turn for each terminator squad. So if there were 4 squads playing then that would be 8 blips per turn. That is a lot of action all around the table. I may have to try out this map this weekend and see how it goes.
I am going to run this scenario with my gaming group at GenCon 2010 in a couple of weeks. I'll post some pics and see how it goes. I'm really looking forward to it. I have SM painted as Blood Angels, Ultramarines, Salamanders, and Death Wing.
I'm going to use the 2 squads from the 3rd edition (times 2 box sets), omitting the guy with the lightning claws. Promises to be good fun!
