Good work. I think you should clarify the victory conditions.

The Game Rules wrote:
The smaller amount of points (Prestige vs. Population) is the player's final score.

The Rules Summary wrote:
The lowest total between (A) + (B) is the player final score. Player with the highest final score wins. 1st Tie breaker: Player with the highest score from (A) or (B); 2nd Tie breaker: Player with the most remaining Luxury Goods.

The first tiebreaker looks at the other "larger" amount of points (or you could say total of [A] + [B]). The second tiebreaker is correct as listed.
