The above single page PDFs are designed to be printed on either Letter or A4 sized card stock. As the image was shrunk about 7% from the hexed size to fit the various paper sizes, for best results set the Page Scaling to Fit to Printable Area.

This is usually caused due to a disturbance in your internet connection. The problem lies in the fact that when you attempt to download a second time you are downloading the corrupted download again, not a different file.

To stop this effect:
1. Clear your download history of the attempted download.
2. Clear your browser's Cache.
3. Place the corrupted file into the trash and clear your trash.
(or; you can simply go about your business on the web as normal and try again in two weeks basically doing the above without the effort)

After doing all these steps, your computer no longer has any memory of attempting the download and will start the download anew.

If the cards were a touch smaller, you could put them in a cd case as a tuck box
