I have further broken down the numbers in the HQ tab on dknemeyer's great piece of work here. This will allow for numerically assessing each country's offensive, defensive and logistic capabilities, and the specific capabilities in each deck.

Specifically I've:
1. collated each country's HQ cards into column numbers
2. removed the extra rows (eg. remove all but 1 'Ambush' row per country)
3. Added categories for all the HQ cards (eg. 'offense', etc.)
4. Given numbers for categories to easily sort them (eg. '1.leader', '2.offense', etc.)
