- Blueprint image can be added to an aircraft
- Special Characteristics validation added:
- Group IDs are now validated
E.g. Light Stick and Heavy Stick have the same group ID value, an aircraft can only have one of them and becomes invalid if both are added.
- "Multiple Engines" and "High Torque Engines" added to the same aircraft shows up the invalid data stamp.
- Max Special Characteristics are validated (11-BTN)

- Added Radiobutton and RuleConfigs Tag for Max. Aircraft Characteristic Check in Options Panel. (Enables/Disables the validation)

- Bugfix: Disabling the Pilot Feats in Options Panel no longer breakes the Pilot Roster Window.
- Bugfix: Unspent Armor (Aircraft Window) is shown again.
