Thanks, Philip, looking good!

In 3.2.1.4, last sentence, change "it is can" to "it can".

In 12.1 d, add as exception tribes across green lines.

In 12.6.3, change ")inflicted" to ") inflicted".

In 16.3.3.5, change "a Region" to "a Region".

Add some space before CREDITS, and the credit formatting seem off in total.

That gets messy IMO. These are mentioned in the special cases (in general, tribes can attack across green lines, just not when they'd need attack boats to do so.) so I'm not even sure how I would phrase that.
