I think the Fast Start card needs some word smithing. Perhaps as the other member says, if the other game materials were posted, these cards may be more easily understood.
I think Puncture could be written a little better, here is an idea that I have, off the top of my head. Puncture - Move the rider perpendicularly to the shoulder, remain on the shoulder thru the current turn rotation. Then move the rider perpendicularly onto the closest track space and make move accordingly
