Print full size without scaling. Sized to hold about 48 cards (the same size as my base Le Havre tuckbox set), enough for an 18 card expansion.

Note the "card back" image of the tuckbox matches the color scheme of the new cards, but the actual card backs are the same as the base game.

A smaller sized box for 30 cards has been submitted.

The original Le Havre tuckboxes are here.

Based on the box photo, these tuckboxes may not be necessary (the box photo came out the day after the file was submitted...).

Edit: Yes, after receiving my set there's no need to use these tuckboxes unless you really want all four boxes to match.

There actually will be a need for your tuckbox IF you re-design it to fit 30 sleeved cards.

Not a bad idea... if you have sleeved cards on-hand, send me the thickness of the stack and I'll get a new one out.

Thanks! I just started working on the sleeved tuckbox and noticed that the dimensions you gave are really close to the 'full size' tuckbox up above. If you have a few minutes, print out the first version on regular paper and make a quick mock-up to see if the sleeves fit.
