This is a chart for crocheting an Alquerque board. It is made for a right-handed crocheter doing Tapestry Crochet in the round, but it could be reversed for the use of a left-handed crocheter. (Pattern for the back of the piece not included.)

I like to exchange ideas but I have no interest in a pissing contest.

If you want me to review your game, just GM me and send me a copy. Abstracts, wargames and euros equally welcome. No party or dexterity games please.

I've seen the finished product, although I know nothing about crochet. The result is certainly usable as a board. Just be aware that if one uses too thick yarn, the result will look a bit "blocky" especially on the diagonals.
