Great idea!
A few items that jumped out from a quick look:
- Taxation doesn't affect Support Movement at all, but it does directly affect Buy Armies.
- Influence Allegiance is only nominally affected by Resolving Sieges (color of Status marker) and not affected at all by Movement Within Provinces, but it is directly affected by Taxation.
Perhaps different colored or type arrows for sequencing vs. affecting?
